We have come together with our rotational program, which is for individuals who are currently incarcerated with the CRC and the Department of Corrections. The purpose of this event with Dr. Ellis is to equip our fellows with the tools to understand the importance of their personal brand, know how to set goals for themselves, and totally grasp what life looks like at this current point in their life. We are extremely grateful to have Dr. Ellis with us today. It’s already clear that he has made a powerful impression on our fellows as well as our college interns here at the Milwaukee Bucks.

TAILOR MADE is a high energy, interactive professional development experience designed to strengthen students’ executive presence, professional identity, and workforce readiness. Rooted in the principles of Dr. Ellis’ book TAILOR MADE, this session equips students with measurable strategies to enhance credibility, professional confidence, and career positioning.
Participants learn a structured five-step framework for building professional presence, develop a five-piece wardrobe strategy within a defined student budget range, apply a three-point executive presence model, complete a one-page digital footprint assessment, and implement at least two improvements that align with their intended career path.
